Skills & Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required for clinic; CFY considered

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Collaborative and professional approach with treatment teams

  • Passion for pediatric care and family involvement

Responsibilities: School-Based SLP

  • Provide screenings, evaluations, and therapy in school settings

  • Administer assessments and design intervention strategies

  • Maintain documentation, complete IEPs, and meet deadlines

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support carryover

  • Stay current with annual trainings, CPR, First Aid, and licensure

Responsibilities: Outpatient Pediatric SLP

  • Deliver high-quality and age-appropriate outpatient speech therapy

  • Complete evaluations and progress reports per clinic policies

  • Coach families during sessions for carryover

  • Participate in mentorship and ongoing training

  • Meet all documentation and clinical compliance requirements
