Meet Jaime, the visionary founder of Central PA Therapy Connections, LLC, established in January 2015. What started as a mission to provide Early Intervention services to children in Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties has since evolved into a thriving practice. In 2023, Jaime expanded her vision by launching an outpatient clinic in Hershey, ensuring that even more children in the area have access to the high-quality care they deserve.
A passionate wife, mother of two, and dedicated animal lover, Jaime’s diverse experience spans schools, hospitals, feeding clinics, nursing homes, and early intervention. She holds undergraduate degrees from West Virginia University and a graduate degree from West Chester University, bringing a broad spectrum of expertise to every aspect of the clinic.
Through Central PA Therapy Connections, Jaime is committed to empowering children and families by providing exceptional therapy services that foster positive engagement and communication. Her mission is simple yet profound: to help children thrive and build stronger connections with those they love.
Meet Allison, a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist with a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences & Disorders and a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from Lebanon Valley College. With diverse experience ranging from supporting students in autistic classrooms to working with pediatric and adult patients in outpatient settings, Allison is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages thrive. Whether it's enhancing communication, feeding skills, or both, she brings expertise, compassion, and enthusiasm to every session. Outside of her professional life, Allison enjoys exploring local coffee shops, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. Ready to make a difference in your child’s development, Allison is excited to partner with families to foster growth and build lifelong skills.
Meet Taylor, a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with over seven years of experience in empowering children to communicate confidently. A graduate of the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, Taylor has a strong foundation in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She began her career at The Vista School, working with children with autism, and has since specialized in supporting students with diverse communication needs in public school settings.
As a proud mother of two young children and two golden retrievers, Taylor knows firsthand the importance of communication in every child's development. Outside of her professional life, she loves spending time with her family, reading, and traveling with her husband and children. Passionate about helping little ones find their voice, Taylor offers fun, evidence-based therapy that makes communication growth engaging and effective. She’s here to guide your child on their journey to confident communication and brighter futures!
Meet Brooke, a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist with a passion for empowering students to communicate confidently. Since earning her Bachelor’s from Penn State University and Master’s from Towson University, she has dedicated her career to supporting children with a range of communication needs. With specialized expertise in speech sound disorders, AAC, and neurodiversity-affirming practices, Brooke brings a wealth of experience to every session.
In addition to her part-time role at our clinic, Brooke works with both autistic and general education students in a local school district, focusing on students with multiple disabilities. She is also a certified Gestalt Language Processing practitioner and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys quality time with family and friends, reading, crocheting, and cheering on her favorite hockey teams. She is thrilled to partner with students of all ages through fun, play-based therapy to help them find their voice and enhance their communication skills!
Alyssa graduated from Penn State Berks as Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2019. She has experience working as a COTA in the school setting in the autistic support and multiple disabilities classrooms. Alyssa also works in Early Intervention to help families navigate their children’s occupational therapy goals. Aside from working as a COTA here at the clinic, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, or taking her dog, Turbo, for walks. Alyssa has always been passionate about allowing children to learn and blossom through play. She looks forward to helping children and their families with their fine motor, sensory, feeding and self care goals.
Meet Michelle, a seasoned Occupational Therapist with over two decades of experience supporting children and adults across a diverse range of settings, from the NICU to early intervention programs. Since 1997, Michelle has been dedicated to helping children thrive, currently specializing in birth-to-3 and 3-5 early intervention as well as working in an autistic support classroom.
In addition to her OT expertise, Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Counseling with a focus on youth and family, bringing a holistic, strength-based approach to her work. She’s passionate about using play and coaching techniques to empower children and families, helping them unlock their full potential as they grow and develop.
When she's not making a difference in the lives of families, Michelle enjoys reading, dancing, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with her nephews. With a heart for helping children learn and grow, Michelle is excited to continue guiding families on their unique journeys to success!
Meet Chris, our friendly and efficient part-time Administrative Assistant! With a background as a second-grade teacher, she brings a wealth of organizational expertise and a passion for helping others to her role at Therapy Connections. Chris is married and has two adult children, and she’s committed to supporting our team and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys staying active with yoga, hiking, and bike rides, as well as relaxing with a good book, watching basketball, and spending quality time with her family and friends. With her warm personality and dedication, Chris is a valued member of our team, always ready to assist with a smile!
Meet Bridget, our dedicated full-time Office Manager at Therapy Connections! With a background as an Occupational Therapist, Bridget brings a unique understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of our practice, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for our team and families.
A proud wife and mother of two adult children, Bridget values spending quality time with her family and enjoys every moment she gets to share with them outside of work. Her experience, attention to detail, and caring nature make her an invaluable part of our team, always ready to support both staff and clients with a smile!
Meet Kaylie, our enthusiastic part-time Therapy Assistant! Currently pursuing her graduate degree in Speech Pathology at Lebanon Valley College, Kaylie brings a fresh perspective and a strong foundation from her undergraduate studies at Penn State. She’s passionate about helping others and eager to expand her skills as she works toward her goal of becoming a speech pathologist.
Outside of work, Kaylie loves to travel, soak up the sun at the beach, and enjoy quality time with her family and friends. With her dedication to learning and her positive energy, Kaylie is an exciting part of our team, always ready to assist with care and enthusiasm!
